The West Price Hill Community Council is awarding the Larry Schmolt Scholarship to a graduating high school senior. The application deadline is April 30, 2016.
The council’s second annual Larry Schmolt Scholarship will award $1,000 to a West Price Hill resident graduating high school this year and continuing their education at an accredited college or university.
Requirements to apply for the scholarship include a 3.0 or higher GPA, resident of West Price Hill, graduating senior in the class of 2016, acceptance for enrollment in an accredited college or university and availability to accept the award in person.
The scholarship will be presented to the winning student at the community council’s annual cookout dinner June 14, at Mother Seton K of C Hall, 4109 West Eighth St. Source: Cincinnati.com
